1-Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all furniture sales made by NaLago CH SD Limitada, located in Costa Rica, to customers in Europe, the USA, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. They govern the contractual relationship between NaLago CH SD Limitada and the customer.
2- Orders
Orders are considered firm and final after written confirmation from us and payment for the order. Any modification or cancellation of an order within 24 hours of this confirmation must be accepted by the seller and may incur additional costs.
3-Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and are valid for the duration of the order. Prices include:
the handcrafted manufacture of the item
customs clearance fees for all orders to Europe. For other countries, please contact us
transport costs and insurance for the container to the port of destination.
They do not include local taxes such as VAT, which may vary from one country to another, or final transport costs.

5- Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on logistical conditions. The seller undertakes to do everything possible to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen events such as strikes, customs restrictions, or other situations beyond its control. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order if they wish to have the goods delivered to a specific location at an additional cost; otherwise, delivery will be made to the container’s port of destination.
6- Transport and Risks
The risks associated with the goods are transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the specified address. The buyer must check the condition of the goods upon delivery. In the event of apparent damage, the buyer must immediately make a complaint to the carrier and inform the seller immediately.
7- Warranty
Furniture sold by NaLago CH SD Limitada is covered by a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, provided that the products have been used under normal conditions.
The warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by improper use, negligence or inadequate maintenance.
Normal wear and tear of the products (e.g. scratches, discolouration due to exposure to sunlight, etc.).
Modifications or repairs carried out without the prior consent of the Seller.
8- Return and Refund Policy
Given the geographical location of our company, based in Costa Rica, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. However, if a product has an indisputable manufacturing defect originating from our manufacturing workshops, a full refund (excluding VAT) may be granted, provided that the defect is clearly proven.
The defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. To qualify for this refund, the buyer must provide sufficient evidence of the manufacturing defect, such as photos and a detailed description of the problem. The seller reserves the right to assess the situation and determine whether a refund is applicable.
9- Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or any other harm arising from the use of the products, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct on the part of the seller.
10- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit their dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
11- Data Protection
The Seller respects the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties without the Buyer’s prior consent, unless this is necessary for the processing of the order.

Under these conditions, we cannot process rush orders.
We plan to ship a container every 4 months. For larger orders, a customized shipment can be arranged. Air freight can also be arranged according to your requirements.
